Refund Policy

1. Overview

Timekeep subscriptions are non-refundable. This policy applies to all paid subscription plans.

2. Free Trial

• All new accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full access to all features
• No credit card is required during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost
• The trial automatically expires if no payment method is added

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You retain access to all features until the end of the paid period
• To cancel, contact support@timekeep.ph or manage through your account settings
